While it is interesting to see how Felix will do in the race, viewers will be drawn to the journey which is interesting and enlightening. A young boy grows up to become a man who influences others through kindness and determination. Watching Felix's character grow is compelling. The relationship with his grandfather and the humanness of his weaknesses draw the viewer in. The clever way Felix finds solutions to problems are also good hooks. Some references to Lilah, when she tries to seduce Felix and does a striptease behind a scene need to be handled carefully. Too much would disqualify it for KIDS FIRST!
