Children enjoyed finding their body parts and following along with what they saw. Good exercises. Some kids lost interest and wandered off. "I liked the sit-ups." "I liked the jumping jacks."
Looks great. Shows realistic pictures of children and their body parts. Very clear images and simple music. May help kids identify their own body parts and develop a sense of self. Repetition becomes a little annoying after a while.
