"Children always love animals, real or make-believe." It's surprising how preteen boys were spellbound and openly expressed their fondness for Ewok. The kids really enjoyed the Ewok fight with spiders, and when the Ewoks rescued the parents.

Cinematography is beautiful and creative. Entertaining family viewing that truly appeals to both children and adults. Grabs and holds your attention. Separation from parents, possibly permanently, is a difficult subject for younger ones.

The furry creatures from "Return of the Jedi" crash-land on the planet Endor, befriend a magical Ewok, and search for their missing parents.
