The New Girl is awesome! It made me learn very important things about life and made me interested in new hobbies. I enjoyed how it made me reflect on some actions I do sometimes.

The storyline talks about a little girl called Eva, who moves to the USA, but her arrival is not so amazing as she anticipated, because in school there's a problem between students and the girl that makes them make fun of her.

The development is very attractive. The part I most like is when a student is kind with Eva and helps her. Even though he is just a kid, he can understand her and help her. And I thought this was so brave! The camera work is very professional and high quality. The story takes place in a school, so the characters wear simple clothes that suit the time period. In the beginning, Eva is insecure about herself and she doesn't know why the students bully her. But as the story develops, she becomes more secure and with the help of some people she becomes strong. My favorite part is when Eva is writing words in French in her notebook.

The film's message is never let anyone bully you, and always accept the help of the good people.

I give this film 4 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 8 to 12, plus adults. By Anna Clara B., KIDS FIRST!

When Eva arrives at her new school, she struggles to make friends. It's only when Charlie, a boy in her class, reads her notebook that he discovers why.
