The documentary is really an examination on the vaping crisis in the US today.
The filmmaker, a high school student, has put together a compilation of clips from various speakers addressing the vaping crisis. It is well edited and, although some clips are a bit unclear - due to their source, the message is clear.
The film's message is to make us aware of the vaping issues with young people in the US today.
