This is an independent animated series following the comedic slice of life adventures of the creator's childhood as his cartoon self and his siblings experience a series of wacky situations. There are three different episodes in this submission.
I like the story development using lots of humor to transform the situations in fun ways.
The 2D animation quality is well executed. It's bright and colorful and very detailed. The characters are each clearly defined, with individual mannerisms, clothing, and physical attributes. The locations (backgounds) really stand out. Every scene has a unique and detailed background. The voiceover talent is all good and clearly identify with each character. There is an odd voice that says, "What" intermittently. I don't understand what that is all about and don't care for it. It's just weird and out of place. Because there are three different episodes here, all with different storylines, it's difficult to comment on character development, although I will say that all of the characters are well defined. Christopher Mejia is the Producer, Writer and Director of this show. Hats off to Christopher for this extensive work. My favorite scene is when Chris gets away from Mattew and when he returns, he sees his brother above the sky with their dog. It's a funny situation that made me laugh.
The message is that, even in boredom, someone will always cheer you up, or you'll find something fun to do, without letting the sadness stay.
I give Chris Mania Cartoon 3.5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 10 to 18, plus adults. By Anna B., KIDS FIRST!
