This thoughtful documentary provides insight into the rural residents of the Oaxaca region of Mexico and their lifestyle. The performers are very authentic in their dress. The set is very typical of the region. The interaction between the child and grandparents very typical. Although the pace is pretty slow for an American audience, it is thoughtful and delivered with grace and style. I recommend it for the KIDS FIRST! Film Festival for ages 7 to 18 and give it 4 out of 5 stars. Reviewed by Julie S., KIDS FIRST! Adult Juror
