Love this. It takes on the difficult subject of how a young girl manages to tackle life's hiccups without her dad who's passed away. But, has he? In this short film, he comes to her almost as real as the day to coach her. The acting by both the young girl and the dad is quite lovely. Both seem to live inside their roles and, if I didn't know they were acting, I would believe they are who they play. Nice background music, not too obtrusive. Well shot, staged and delivered. I rate it 4 out of 5 stars and recommend for ages 8 to 14. Reviewed by Julie S. KIDS FIRST! Juror.
How a young girl navigates her way through life with her Father by her side, when he can't be there. It's about growing up. It's about resilience. This is Grace's real story. There are five episodes in this first series all around five minutes long.
