Great message. The protagonist seems to have bad luck but continues to live optimistically and never gives up. Children often give up and, even though we don't see if the protagonist succeeds or has a good day, he continues to push through and seize the day again which we should all remember to do. The story flows well, makes sense, has a beginning middle and end and is very watchable. The animation is nicely executed with great sound and outstanding production qualities. The message is appropriate: remember to keep your chin up and never give up. I recommend this film for the KIDS FIRST! Film Festival because it reminds us to always think positively no matter how horrible a day we have. I recommend this for ages 5 to 12. Reviewed by Melanie S., KIDS FIRST! Juror.
