Kids loved this. It sparked giggles and comments about Christmas on the beach. Those in SoCal could relate to it in particular. They loved the illustrations and said they would share it with friends. "I think this would make a cool Christmas present for kids." And, they loved the $1.99 price point.

Similar to the 12 days of Christmas but extended with a beach / tropical theme, this is a fun and entertaining read with beautiful tropical beach themed illustrations. It makes me think of a warm Christmas instead of the traditional snow covered Christmas (which I have personally only seen once) and it will be easy for children to relate to that live in warmer climate places. Being a native of SoCal, I can relate to the reality of a sunny warm Christmas and so I really enjoyed this book. It is simple and easy to read and the illustrations remind you of beautiful water color beach images. I would recommend for all ages but is best for ages 5-18. 5 stars!
