This film is the next chapter in the "Fast & Furious" series. Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) gets the help of Dominic Tourette (Vin Diesel) and his team to take down an ex- Special Ops soldier, Owen Shaw (Luke Evans) who is the leader of a unit specializing in vehicular combat. The only way to stop this criminal activity is to beat them on the streets.
When I see "Fast & Furious 6" all I can say is WOW! It has tons of action, powerful music and some really great fighting scenes. Luke Evans plays an amazing villain and you really wish something bad would happen to him. The special effects are incredible and the story line kept my interest, so much that I am wanting more and more. The car racing scenes are astonishing with lots of speed and constant momentum throughout. This film has something for everyone. It has action, suspense, a little humor and one great climax. My favorite character is Luke Hobbs because he is very funny and is in a lot of the action. My favorite scene is when Luke shoots the vending machine and all the candy comes out. You really do not expect someone to actually shoot a machine just because the coins are not working or they do not have any. The stunts are incredible and amazing. The scenery and landscape cinematography from the different countries is great to see.
Writers, Chris Morgan and Gary Scott Thompson, along with Director, Justin Lin, have created an incredible storyline that is very enjoyable and thrilling to watch. "Fast & Furious 6" also stars actors, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, Elsa Pataki and Jordana Brewster.
One message here is "you should not turn your back on family, even if they do! They may still need you for one thing or another so be there for them."
I give this film a roaring 5 out of 5 stars and recommend to ages 13 to adults. I love the plot, action and the suspense. "Fast & Furious 6" is rated PG-13 and there is a little content that is not suitable for younger ages, so please be aware of this.
All roads lead to a theater near you showing "Fast & Furious 6" on May 24th, so check it out with your family. You will be so happy you did.
