HDNet release, originally released in 2006. This film reminds me of "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids," includes a hunt for treasure, and is about the importance of family. Whether male or female, every kids loves a hero. "Arthur and the Invisibles" is such a delight to watch. From beginning to end, this movie encompasses the values of family, believing in oneself, and respecting others. The honesty and hard work ethic are refreshing to see. That this film appeals to girls as well as boys, is a plus. Also, it appeals to a wide age range - 5 to 12. The benefits of this film include modeling respect and love for family members, helping friends, being courageous, using your imagination, and believing in yourself. Due to the fantasy action aspect, this film was also pure entertainment!
Ten-year-old Arthur must travel to the land of the Minimoys in search of hidden treasures in order to save his grandparent's home. Only the tiny people in the land can help him find his way.
