2-D animation with a hand drawn look and anthropomorphized animals. This is a pilot for a series, each one teaching an important life lesson. In this episode, the story teaches kids that not everyone is your friend right away, and to take the time to get to know someone first. Unwittingly, we also learn that some dogs may bite you. The concept of teaching small life lessons through a friendly dog works well. But, the storyline could be a bit more complex and the production value ampted up a bit more. Works for a preschool audience. I would love to see this series be further developed and come to life as I think it has great potential.
An animation series pilot for young children with each episode teaching a life lesson. Maggie is a happy, young Border Collie. In Episode 1 - New Friends, Maggie learns a lesson about making friends from Tucker, an older, and wiser, dog.
