Well executed Canadian independent film. The story line shows a young "island" girl who meets a boy living a more modern lifestyle. She tries to fit in with him at first, but recognizes the value of her own world in the end. Good performances by the young actors. Topic offers teens something to think about and question how important cell phones and being cool really are. There are scenes with teens smoking which might offend some viewers.
