Fun concept and rather well executed. A boy, feeling selfish and angry about having to move, invents a time machine so that he can control his world instead of it controlling him. He comes to understand his selfishness and manages to set the world right. Subject is a bit "Back to the Future" ish. Well executed, good performances though the mother is a bit rude. Interesting and engaging story. The kids' performances make this film particularly fun to watch.
After yet another family move, Nicholas is determined to plan his own destiny - by building a time machine. When the initial tests with his sister Bethany go awry, he is forced to scramble back in time to set things straight, before his mother finds out.
