If you love to watch adorable dogs, then 102 Dalmatians is great movie for you. The movie tells the story of an evil woman named Cruella de Vil, played by Glenn Close, who is recently released from jail. People believe that she has become nicer after her time in jail, but her parole officer, Chloe, played by Alice Evans, is suspicious of Cruella, and starts to investigate. She soon discovers that Cruella's nice acts are actually just a cover up for her evil scheme to steal Dalmatian puppies to make her a perfect spotted coat! Will Chloe be able to stop Cruella from killing the Dalmatians? Find out for yourself! I did not think this movie was as good as 101 Dalmatians because it was not very original and Cruella's acting is a bit outrageous at times. However, I was very impressed at the Dalmatians' acting. Their facial expressions are adorable! The movie also builds some suspense and adds some humor, especially in Chloe's and the Dalmatians' final chase to stop Cruella. I recommend this film to children ages five and up. Young kids may not understand the plot of the movie, but they can certainly still enjoy the chase to stop Cruella! 102 Dalmatians is one of many film classics being brought to your home by HDNet Movies, a KIDS FIRST! sponsor. Well done with enjoyable musical score. Contains suspense, action, romance and humor. "Great resolution to conflict that makes everyone cheer right in their own living-room." Portrays some men as stereotypically foolish.
Cruella De Vil has turned over a new leaf and begins to love animals, until a specific sound undoes her treatment and she is back to her old ways.
