Kids were interactive and had fun building puzzles. After 2 or 3 times, kids ages 4-5 began to lose interest, however the 2-3 year olds were engaged for about 5 attempts at the program. They enjoyed the puzzles most, and also the scavenger hunt. "Can we add pages to this game?" "Can we add an app to this app?" "I love Lightning, where is the puzzle with Lightning?"
Visually appealing app, especially for kids who know the Disney/Pixar movie CARS. The story line is complex enough for preschoolers and kindergarteners, and can be read along by early elementary school students. As you read the story, you also get puzzles to put together. 12-piece puzzles are too complex for toddlers, but very easy to figure out and manipulate by most preschool aged kids. You also get to collect "stickers" on each page, and find out at the end if you have found them all. This makes the app more engaging, giving kids something to work toward.
Go on a tour of Radiator Springs and get an inside look at all the places your favorite CARS characters call home, while completing fun and challenging puzzles along the way.
