Fantastically executed film adaptation of Shakespeare's play, "Much Ado About Nothing." The dialogue is a bit difficult to understand at first but after a bit, you get accustomed to it. This is a great and fun opportunity for any high schooler to brush up on their Shakespeare. But, apart from its literary ties, this film is exciting and the over-dramatization is unique and likeable. The character development, casting and acting are great. Any child who enjoys drams would enjoy this; it's very centered to teens dramatic lives and teens who are into drama can relate to this. The production style is engaging, well shot. It draws you in and holds your attention from scene to scene. Professionally executed, featuring the students from East Hollywood High in Salt Lake City, Utah. The editing style, opening credits and music choice are all very fun and interesting, adding to the film's enjoyability factor.
The dashing Benedick and friends arrive at Messina High school just in time to rescue the mired theatrical production of Romeo and Juliet: Apocalypsis. In the process, everyone falls in and out of love, and many hi-jinks ensue, all under the overzealous watch of the school's AV club.
