Presents positive superhero children who work together to support one member in overcoming fears, "phobias", and eventually save the world. Girls are presented as powerful and equal. Pro social interactions and peer support in the struggle of good vs. evil, with an interesting dynamic of fear as part of the struggle. A promising and interesting twist on the classic kids as superheroes theme. Fun, and even believable within the context of this adventure fantasy. Some of the secondary characters were a bit 2-dimensional. A few scenes were confusing and needed some polishing. The junior superheroes were engaging and come alive on the page.
A quirky phobia-ridden teen ventures into the fearless world of superheroes and supervillains when her sister, the city's star crime-fighter, goes missing.
