A hit. "I think Curious George is kind of a crazy monkey in this movie." They all asked to watch it again. They wanted to learn more about trains. Some walked in and out and played during the DVD, but they all said it was fun and wanted more. They liked that the girl took care of the elephant; and related to the character of the girl "she's a girl, like me!" Kids love Curious George, though younger ones may not understand the story as well, they all enjoy watching the monkey and his antics.

In this sequel, not only his curiosity but his big heart gets George into a little trouble but also a lot of fun as he helps a new friend. Tim Curry, Jamie Kennedy, and Matt Lauer all lend their voices to this fun adventure about caring for others. Like a lot of parents, Ted, the man in the yellow hat, is a little too busy with work and has left George feeling friendless. Luckily the Piccadilly Magic Circus comes to town, providing George with the opportunity to spend more time with Ted and make friends with Kayla the juggling elephant. Upon discovering his new friend misses her elephant brother and sister all the way across the country in California, George and anyone young at heart, understands that the right thing to do is reunite this elephant family. George follows his heart and does what is right by taking off with Kayla and Ted for a cross-country adventure. However, trouble ensues when everyone at home thinks the magic juggling elephant has been kidnapped. This beautifully animated feature is filled with slapstick comedy, hilarious action sequences and a valuable lesson about family. The deeper theme of how family is more important than work is complemented by a younger sense of humor and very silly characters. Witnessing George and his friends help each other, kids and parents are reminded of the true importance of caring for friends and always making time for family.
