Kids were definitely excited to see their favorite Sesame Street characters but the storyline did not capture their attention. Some kids got into it, called out their favorite characters' names. One child responded positively by dancing and singing along. The pace seemed a bit slow for the kids. It would most likely go over better with older kids, ages 4-6.
Very fun. Bright and colorful, with the muppets playing these classic characters. The story keeps moving at a pace that holds the kids' attention. Good humor that's perfect for this age such as when Abby covers the mouth of the talking bottle with her hand. Kids will love that. The play on the Tea Party with a T Party is fun, featuring words starting with the letter "t" which are sometimes difficult for kids to grasp. The rhyming words are a great teaching method and a great way to tell the story. English and Spanish are used throughout. The part with the "Counterpillar and Flower" are clever. The behavior in the croquet game starts out negative but turns around eventually. It makes potentially scary things safe, like when Abby falls down the hole and they give her wings to help land softly. This is so imaginative , it's really hard not to just gobble it all up!
Follow Abby and Elmo down the rabbit hole in this enchanting re-imagining of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Elmo the Rabbit is late and has rushed away with Abby's wand in his back pocket. Abby must follow him into Wonderland to get it back.
