Very well done. Nicely produced. Well developed storyline. A lot takes place within ten minutes. Good casting. The kids are very believable, good background music, well paced. Good student short. Very enjoyable.
A thriller ensues when three young boys who are working on their merit badges think they've discovered a plot to dump industrial waste in the woods behind their houses. They engage a chemist to analyze residue from a bucket that was left behind by "the criminals" onto to find out its harmless. However, while collecting a sample flower for his merit badge project, one of the kids unwittingly solves a local crime when he find a rare flower that was stolen from the local arboretum.
