This film addresses a global topic of interest. Though most children are aware of global warming and the effects of pollution, this film conveys its importance without being too overbearing. It's use of characters adds a warmth and energy to the positives that the film gives out. The dream sequence adds fantasy to the film. The penguin is funny and informative and the trip into the future where gas costs $400/ballon is over-exaggerated but effective. The audio is a bit fuzzy at the beginning but it evens out at the end. Good student work.
It's a Wonderful Life meets An Inconvenient Truth as a magical penguin takes our protagonist into a future where gas is $400 a gallon.
