Kids related to characters that reminded them of bullies at school. Many of our child jurors did not fully understand the stories, but found them fun to watch and sometimes "jumping out of my seat." Jurors called the stories "silly and funny."
If you enjoyed reading the Goosebumps book series as a kid, you can now enjoy sharing and experiencing them with a new generation of Goosebumps fans. Though scary and even unrealistic at times, some of these stories teach lessons in problem resolution and friendship. Some jurors found these to be too scary for kids, causing nightmares and discomfort. Most felt that the scenes were unrealistic enough not to disturb most kids over the age of eight.
