Kids enjoyed it. "It made me start thinking about what we want to be when we grow up." "My friends would think it is interesting and educational." "It told me about what I had to do it I wanted to become a veterinary." "It takes you to different places where you might work with animals." It was a bit slow though. "I got tired of watching people talk."
Good introduction to help children start thinking about what they want to do when they grow up and how to get started. It moves a bit slowly and has a lot of talking heads. It highlights a particular career, veterinarians - and answers many questions about working with animals. Most kids love animals which adds to its appeal. It covers a broad area and suggests that they might start by volunteering - a good idea. The surgery for spaying was interesting but may not be appropriate for younger kids.
