Kids really liked the music and the silliness. "I liked the yellow guy." "It was silly. It was sad when he missed his mom." The kids danced along to the music and loved playing the CD over and over.
Gustafer Yellow Gold's Have You Never Been Yellow is an interesting mix of "Trout Fishin in America"- type silly lyrics and Jack Johnson's social conscientiousness The music ranges from jazzy to mellow and toe-tapping to reflexive, with each song portraying some aspect of Gustafer's (a little yellow alien) personality. This set comes with both a DVD and a CD, allowing children to just listen to the music or to visualize Gustafer's world of emotions. This is an enjoyable title for both children and adults. It allows everyone to slow down and find their own quiet spot.
A series of colorful videos with minimally animated illustrations set to catchy pop tunes, from the singular imagination of illustrator/songwriter Morgan Taylor. Influenced by 70's radio, iconic cartoon & comedy classics.
