Kids enjoyed this, especially seeing how they were friends. He loved the robots and seeing them play soccer.
Bali is an average child who is put into a position of making friends with a blind child of the same age. Although he questions what his friend, Mateo is capable of, he clearly learns that not only can he do things "normal" kids can do but is also capable of doing things that Bali finds difficult - such as finding his way around without seeing and visualizing things by touching them. Cute, fun and offers a lesson about appreciating differences. Plus, there are robots - something most kids love.
When old friends come to visit Bali's family, with their blind son, Mateo the kids get along great. At the park, Bali remembers he promised his friends that he'd play soccer with them and they have to figure out a way to include Mateo in the game.
