A pleasure to see this classic collection of fairy tales re-released after all these years. Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre brings to life twenty-six of the most well-known fairy tales of all time. Directed by cinema greats such as Tim Burton and Francis Ford Coppola and starring talent such as Robin Williams, Billy Crystal, Mick Jagger, James Earl Jones, Howie Mandel, Christopher Reeve, Susan Sarandon, and many more this collection is a treasury of tales that belongs in every children's video library. Not every tale is a jewel but it is a miracle that Shelly Duval pulled if off. They are a bit dated in script, set, graphics, costumes and music but still belong in your collection.
