Kids enjoyed the music and the dancing. They enjoyed the message and learning about fossils. Kids commented that the "Tree" character was rather weird. The "Can'ts" were a favorite element. "I think the voices of the Can'ts in the background helped show that sometimes we doubt ourselves and it's important to believe that we can do it! Kids found parts of it a bit boring, but loved learning about the fossils.
Very positive and encouraging for young children. It helps them see that positive thinking can help them reach their goals. Excellent production, very colorful, engaging characters and fun songs and dances. Interesting topics. Introduces the concept of a "paleontologist" and teaches lessons about fossils. Suitable for all kids - whether they're interested in dinosaurs or not. Very diverse cast, including one person in a wheelchair. The Tree character is sort of strange. Great modeling behaviors. Good pace, appropriate for the audience.
Four wizards from the Whimsical Woods journey to the human world where they meet a paleontologist who teaches them about fossils. One of the wizards tries to find one but can't until her friends encourage her to believe in herself and she succeeds.
