Actually, I loved this. The view of the world from the hamster's perspective is interesting. The animation is fanciful. The little girl's letter is sweet, narrated by a young girl. She is clearly concerned about her beloved hamster as she asks, "I'm wondering if you are eating regularly every day; are you lonely; where are you; do you have new friends?" The train, that magically flies through the air, floats on water and crawls down a branch; the ladybugs talking; the music - all enjoyable fantasies. The little girl misses her hamster and lets him know that he can bring his new friends back with him, should he choose to return and lets him know that she loves him and would be so happy if he came back. Absolutely delightful animation and story. Very fanciful story
