Touching story even if it is predictable. Well produced, clear images and sound. Jeff's transition from self-absorbed jerk to humanist is pretty believable though other aspects are not quite so - such as how clean and pressed everyone's clothes are after three days in the wilderness. No grunge here. Beautiful scenes of the British Columbia beach and waterfowl. There is some profanity and, interestingly enough the kids are constantly calling the protagonist on it.
A comedy adventure about an entrepreneurial man, Jeff, who doesn't like children. Through an unfortunate accident he becomes marooned on an island with two young kids. Over the course of the next three days, Jeff learns to love someone other than himself, and risks his life for the children in an effort to have them rescued.
