Some kids worried about where the pilot went. Everyone was glad that the crash wasn't too graphic. Kids loved it, as a kids' version of the primetime show, "Lost." How the kids manage to survive - especially when there are times they cannot even get long. Favorite part is seeing the kids work together.

Flight 29 Down delivers crisp cinematography, engaging characters, and realistic survival tips keeping viewers of all ages captivated and wanting to watch more. Educational and entertaining. This is a clean, fun family film that can provide some basic survival information and provides good examples of how to work with others. It has abrupt scene changes every 10-15 minutes so you know it was made for TV. But pacing is good and keeps the children viewing interested. There are some obvious Hollywood stretches like the clean clothes after two days of hard labor and some viewers might not appreciate the stereotypical dumb blonde, but overall the kids act like real kids and learn to work together for the common good of all. There are several good life lessons on basic survival and getting along with others. It's an adventure story with children as the heroes.
