Kids love Thomas and are happy with anything that relates to him. A particularly favorite element is the karaoke type singing at the end, though most of the audience is way too young to read the words.. "It was great - loved the lights, snow and the ending." They did not like the avalanche.
The adventures are accompanied with problems to solve and lessons to be learned by all the engines. The different engines deal with many snowstorms and bad weather to conquer in order to deliver Christmas trees, mail, coal for heating, as well as passengers to their destinations. They are determined, work together, and although they may differ at points, they come together and all is taken care of.
Thomas and his friends would like to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas. In this special collection of seasonal favorites, you'll experience first hand the joy and magic the holiday season brings to the Island of Sodor. See if Percy's snow-covered face tricks James and the rest of the engines into thinking they have seen the very scary Jack Frost. Cheer on Thomas, Harold, Percy and Terence as they shovel out stranded villagers just in time for Christmas. Happy Holidays!!!
