Excellent animation and sound quality. Adorable storyline. The main character, Garlic Boy is just trying to help others and is turned away until he is needed. Then, he is appreciated. Cute humor, such as when he asks for a glass of olive oil at the soda fountain.
A boy - who is also a stalk of garlic - goes out into the world to "do good for others." Garlic Boy's mother gave him a case of her special "garlic tonic" and Garlic Boy uses this tonic to cure "folk of what ails them."
