"They talked about exercise and fruits and veggies." "It's all about healthy eating." "They talked about not being shy and scared." The sequence with the children finding fruits and veggies is well done, the information provided is accurate and the interpersonal behaviors are positive. It doesn't evoke very much critical thinking but the language and format are perfect for the intended audience. In the end, it accomplishes its goal which is to get children thinking about what they eat. Not much repeat viewing potential.
