Attentive to the details of Thomas Edison's life; shows him as a positive role model as he takes on a challenge and never gives up. Depicts the era perfectly. Filled with lots of science facts that are appealing to kids as well as adults. One juror said, "I have never given much thought to Edison before and now I can't stop thinking about him."
