Cute. Kids with single working moms will get a kick out of this. Story unfolds evenly with good acting by all. It portrays the kids bullying the Mom's boss in such a way that it's clearly a fantasy. No parent would want their kids to emulate this behavior but it's unlikely they'd replicate what's shown here.
