Definitely appealed to boys more than girls for the msot part. The creative train set-ups held their attention s did the music and the narrator. "I liked when Jeff and his friend got pies in their faces." A bit long. "I want to see the Hall of Fame trains again." "My friends would like seeing all the different trains, including the real ones." Overall, a big hit with train fans. "The pictures were awesome. A lot of details."
Well produced. Lots of historical information, perhaps too slow for younger viewers. Train set-ups are very creative. Good continuity. Always starts with a song and gives an overview of what things will be covered in the DVD. Jeff, the narrator, is a positive role model - very friendly and knowledgeable.
See the American Freedom train, visit an aquarium in Maui, participate in a Grand Prix race, ride the Sugar Train in Hawaii, marvel at the Challenger and Big Boy locomotives, and view train-loving aliens in a spaceship.
