Seemed happy and attentive while watching it. "I like the kitty!" "I like the Moo-moo! Moo-moos eat hay!" Enjoyed the rhythm. There was a lot of head-nodding and hand-clapping to the beat and lots of moo-moo-moos. One child asked to watch it everyday, and everyone watched without getting bored.
Simple linear story line puts a lot of educational information - transportation, numbers, animal sounds, shape, and senses - into a small space. Soft, bright colors and basic shapes inspire imaginative thinking. Appealing three-dimensionality. Music is lively and not too overwhelming.
When Captain Salty and Milo discover a stowaway onboard their ship, they set out to find Kiki the kitten a new home. The adventure continues when she boards the Alphabet Express with Paddy and Bobo who help her to imagine new places to live. She befriends Jenny who delivers her to a new home on the farm.
