Excellent production and story that offers insight into western history. Shows Indians in a positive light and the Calvary in a negative light. Soldiers use guns and mistreat Spirit. Scary scenes are quite realistic. Loaded with activities.
Spirit, a wild mustang, becomes leader of the pack. He becomes captured by cavalry soldiers who unsuccessfully try to break him. An Indian boy rescues Spirit but he is captured again and has many more adventures before returning to his family.
