Filis sees Elvis, a young Roma boy, fall off his bicycle cart and twist his ankle. She takes him back to Shutka, marveling at the vibrant street life in this neighborhood. Seeing that Elvis and his parents are a family like her own, Filis lets go of some of her prejudices about the Roma people.
