Colorful, lively production. Engaging. Pure entertainment. Models concern for others. Characters are fun and easy to identify with. Some bathroom humor might be offensive but is typical of humor for the targeted age.

Stu Pickles is summoned to work at Paris' newest amusement park, and the Rugrat kids learn valuable lessons in courage, loyalty, and true love, and learn that fun is the same in any language.
