Loved seeing animals as the stars of the movie. Hubert the dog is personable with a range of emotions. "Seeing a dog saving the family jewels made me laugh." "My friends liked Daisy and Duke getting married."

Enjoyable with some reservations. The animals' personalities exude charm, heroism, loyalty and a sense of justice. The comedy definitely appeals to teens, however it borders on rude and crass behavior. Has some gender stereotyping.

A dog, Hubert, inherits the royal title of Duke when his owner dies and he and his companions have silly mishaps.
