Most liked it and joined in with the movements. They enjoyed the cinematography, especially the ocean and beach shots. Some of the information really intrigued them, ie. "They were shifting their body weight to get their brain working."
Interesting and well done. Basically, it's an exercise program with a good idea and concepts although a bit corny. Presentation is simple and basic, suitable for kids and emphasizes the importance of keeping our bodies in shape. "I like the way Einstein's comments are thrown in."
